so, this is new, though the songs on offer aren't! the first selection has a distinctly Scottish feel, which is how I like it!
to start the ball rolling there's a nod to The Pastels (again) from their album Illumination.
The Pastels - Leaving This Island
next is another 'godfather of indie' band with Orange Juice's Rip It Up - a song dating back to 1983 which clearly had an influence on all the good indie bands that walked into the path they blazed.

Last but not least it's a more recent band, this one coming off their 2001 album Surely Tomorrow You'll Feel Blue which is an absolute scorcher of an album. Their new album should be out in the first quarter of 2005 according to their website

Neath was were a learnt to dance indie. Raffles night club in Port Talbot 1987 was some kinda heaven. £3. Every Thursday. Always a band on. The Primitves. My Bloody Valentine. Loop. The Darling Buds. Ahhh. The memories.
ah yes! I've heard great tales about Raffles, got some friends who live in the area - from Aberavon, right on the sea front - would be great if the area wasn't a bit foggy due to the stealworks! :D

My home is only 1400 feet away from a 733 foot, 50,000 watt radio tower and another smaller radio tower next to it. In the past, I've had problems with my garage door opening with the remote. Now, my new computer is acting up. Sometimes when I start it up it just gets to the desktop and doesn't load anything. No matter what I click nothing loads or happens. I scanned it with 3 different anti-virus/spyware programs and nothing was found. The room its in has a window facing directly at the towers. I blocked the window with some stuff and the computer works normally so far. Could the electromagnetic radiation be affecting my pc? I've had problems with numerous other electronics and r/c toys in the past also.
